Warmed berry sauce
1 Preheat the oven to 160°C (315°F/Gas 2–3).
2 To make the quince and pear crumble, blend together the quince, pear, oats and dried fruit. Place in an ovenproof dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until cooked.
3 Spread the rice crackers with the mango and pistachio salsa.
4 Serve the quince and pear crumble with the warmed berry sauce and rice crackers.
